FAQs

Frequently Asked Questions

How fast do signals reach me?

Every signal pushes to you in under 10 milliseconds from when our engine fires — it lands on the web dashboard, Telegram, our browser extension, and the mobile app at the same time, so you never miss an entry.

What gold & silver markets do you cover?

Every gold & silver instrument with a live track record shows up as a card on this page, busiest first. Tap any card to open its full signal history.

What's inside each signal?

A clear direction (Buy or Sell), an entry price, a protective stop loss, and take-profit targets — plus a live status that updates as the trade plays out.

How should I size each trade?

We suggest risking 1–2% of your account per trade. Your position size then follows from the stop distance on each signal and the risk percentage you're comfortable with.

Where can I see past results?

Right on this page — the Recent Results chart and the full statistics panel above show every tracked outcome. We publish the complete record, wins and losses alike.

How will I receive signals?

Through whichever channels suit you — the web dashboard, Telegram, our browser extension, and the mobile app all stay in sync, so each signal reaches you wherever you are.

How do I get VIP access?

VIP access comes with every plan — message our team and we'll set you up.

Do you guarantee profits?

No — and be wary of anyone who does. Gold & Silver trading carries substantial risk. Read our Risk Warning and judge the historical edge for yourself before subscribing.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel in one click from your dashboard — no hidden fees and no auto-renewal traps.

Still have questions?

Our team is happy to help before you join — get in touch and we'll walk you through anything you're unsure about.

Volatility-based stops

Gold and Silver Signals with Volatility-Based Stop-Loss Levels

Gold and silver rarely swing by the same amount, so a fixed stop in dollars would be too tight on one metal and too loose on the other. Every XAU/USD and XAG/USD stop-loss sits beyond the most recent ten-candle swing against the trade, no closer than one average candle and no further than two and a half. The stop reflects how that metal is moving right now, your position size can follow it, and when no sensible stop exists, no signal is published.

Dark section image headed 'Gold and Silver Volatility Stops' with three tiles: a gold bar mark over 'XAU/USD stop, fits gold's own swings', a silver bar mark over 'XAG/USD stop, fits silver's own swings', and a widening volatility band labelled '1–2.5 avg candles, past the 10-candle swing', beside the notes 'Size follows stop', 'Sensible stops only' and 'No fixed-dollar stops'.
Light two-column table headed 'Signals That Don't Chase News Spikes' comparing a market 'Stretched after news' (over 1 avg candle from its mean, no signal published, a spike not chased) with one 'Back near its mean' (within 1 avg candle, setup can publish, nothing to chase), with the notes 'Every setup checked', 'No signal is an answer' and 'Settled price first'.

Entry discipline

XAUUSD Signals That Don't Chase News Spikes

Gold often jumps on inflation data, rate decisions and payroll reports, and the costliest entry is usually the one taken after the move has already happened. A setup is declined whenever price has run more than one average candle away from its 20-period mean, so you are not asked to buy the top of a spike or sell into a flush. When XAU/USD is stretched, the honest answer is no signal; the next setup comes once price settles back toward its average.

Trading pace

Gold Scalping and Swing Trading Signals from 1m to 4h

Gold and silver setups are published on five candle sizes (1m, 5m, 30m, 1h and 4h), so a session scalper and a multi-day swing trader can each filter for their own pace. The timeframe label comes before the levels, and it matters: on 1m and 5m charts the spread takes a noticeably larger share of each target, so real results sit further below the plan than on 30m and slower charts. Choose the horizon that fits your trading costs, not only your screen time.

Dark image headed 'Gold Scalping and Swing Trading Signals' showing XAU/USD at three candle sizes under a header listing 1m, 5m, 30m, 1h and 4h: a 5m range labelled 'Session scalping, spread takes a bigger share', a 1h break and retest labelled 'Slower charts, spread weighs less on targets', and a 4h trendline leg labelled 'Multi-day swing'.
Flow image headed 'Gold on Telegram with TP Updates' in which a 'New XAU/USD signal' tile with a gold bar mark (entry, SL, 4 TPs) runs through a SignalBots hub marked 'No stale setups' to three tiles: a Telegram-logo 'Telegram post', 'Updates as replies' and 'One thread', beside the notes 'Four take-profits', 'Fresh setups only' and 'Entry and stop-loss'.

Telegram delivery

Gold Signals on Telegram with Take-Profit Updates

Each new gold or silver signal is posted to Telegram with its direction, entry, stop-loss and four take-profit targets. As the trade moves through its levels, each update arrives as a reply under the original post, so one trade reads as one thread instead of a string of disconnected messages. A setup that is already more than three candles old is not sent at all, which keeps stale XAU/USD entries out of your feed.

One page, three markets

Spot, Futures and Binary Gold Signals on One XAU/USD Page

Gold trades as a CFD, as the GC futures contract and as a binary options underlying, and each one produces its own signals. Rather than splitting them across three thin pages, the XAU/USD page shows all three as separate sections, each with its own recent results and signal history. Nothing is blended, because pips, futures percentages and binary outcomes are different units, so you can see how the same metal behaved in the market you actually trade.

Flow image headed 'Spot, Futures and Binary Gold Signals' in which an 'XAU/USD page' tile with a gold bar mark (three separate sections) runs through a 'Nothing blended, own history each' hub to three tiles marked GOLD 'CFD in pips', FUTURES 'Futures in percent' and BINARY 'Binary outcomes', beside the notes 'One page', 'Own recent results' and 'Units never mixed'.
