You can lose money trading. Signals, AI analysis, automation, and educational content provided by SignalBots are informational only — they are not investment advice and they do not guarantee a profit. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose.
1. Summary & Scope
This Risk Warning applies to every SignalBots service: the website at signalbots.ai, the web dashboard, the Pocket Option / Quotex / Olymp Trade browser extensions, the SignalBots Telegram bots and channels, the iOS and Android mobile apps, the MT4/MT5 auto-execution connector, the TradingView webhook bridge, and any AI-generated analysis (collectively, the "Services").
By using any Service you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Risk Warning together with our Terms & Conditions and Disclaimer.
2. General Trading Risk
Trading financial instruments — including but not limited to forex, binary options, contracts for difference (CFDs), cryptocurrencies, stocks, indices, commodities, and metals — involves a high level of risk. You should not trade unless you fully understand:
- The nature of the instrument you are trading.
- The extent of your exposure to loss, which may exceed your initial deposit when leverage is used.
- The mechanisms used to enter, manage, and exit positions, including slippage, requotes, and platform outages.
You should consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before making any trading decision. If in doubt, seek advice from an independent, licensed financial advisor in your jurisdiction.
3. Risk of Following Signals
SignalBots delivers AI-generated trade ideas in near real time (the platform targets sub-10ms internal latency, but actual end-to-end delivery depends on your network and the connected platform). When you act on a signal, you accept the following risks:
- Model error: AI models are statistical. They can and will be wrong on individual trades, sometimes in clusters. A historical win rate is not a guarantee of any future trade.
- Latency: by the time a signal reaches you and you (or the connected bot) act on it, market conditions may have moved.
- Slippage: the price at which your broker fills a trade may differ — sometimes materially — from the entry price referenced in the signal.
- Spreads & fees: your broker's spread, commission, swap, and overnight financing costs are not embedded in the signal's hypothetical price.
4. Risk of Automated Execution
When you enable the MT4/MT5 connector, a TradingView webhook, a Telegram-driven copy-trade button, or any other automation, trades may be placed on your account without your individual click, strictly according to the rules you configured. You accept additional risks:
- Configuration risk: incorrect lot sizing, risk caps, or stop-loss settings can amplify losses very quickly.
- Connectivity risk: a network outage, an expired EA license, a platform-side throttle, or a broker maintenance window can cause missed exits or stuck open positions.
- Cascade risk: automation that opens many small trades can compound a model error into a large drawdown before you notice.
Automation does not remove risk — it accelerates whatever risk profile you configured. Test every automation on a demo account first, and monitor it actively after you go live.
5. Binary Options Risk
Binary options are short-duration, all-or-nothing contracts. If your prediction is wrong at expiry, you lose the entire amount you staked on that trade. Binary options are restricted or banned in some jurisdictions (including but not limited to the European Economic Area for retail clients under ESMA rules, and several other regulators). You are responsible for confirming whether trading binary options is legal where you live before using the SignalBots binary-options extensions, signals, or bots.
6. Forex & CFD Risk
Forex and CFDs are leveraged products. Small market moves can produce large gains or losses relative to the capital you committed. Many retail traders lose money trading these products. Use stop-loss orders, size positions conservatively, and never rely solely on a single signal source — including SignalBots — to manage that risk.
7. Crypto Risk
Cryptocurrency markets are highly volatile, trade 24/7, and are exposed to risks specific to digital assets — including exchange insolvency, custody failure, smart-contract bugs, regulatory bans, and large overnight price gaps. The SignalBots crypto signals and automation address market timing only; they cannot protect against custody, regulatory, or counterparty risk on the exchange where you hold or trade your assets.
8. Stock Market Risk
Equity prices reflect company-specific events, macroeconomic conditions, and market sentiment that no signal source can fully anticipate. Trading hours, settlement windows, dividend adjustments, and corporate actions can each produce price discontinuities that an automated rule may execute on at a poor price.
9. Past Performance & Backtests
Wherever SignalBots displays a win rate, profit factor, equity curve, or any other historical statistic, please read the following:
- Past performance does not guarantee future results. Markets evolve; a strategy that worked last year may underperform this year.
- Backtests have inherent limitations. They are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, may not fully reflect slippage, spread, swap, and execution latency, and cannot account for the psychological pressure of live trading.
- Survivorship and selection bias: the strategies and signal channels we publish are those that performed well in our internal evaluation. Strategies that failed are not always shown.
Treat every historical statistic on this site as an educational reference point, not as a prediction.
10. Suitability & Jurisdiction
SignalBots is offered globally, but financial regulation is local. Some instruments (especially binary options and certain leveraged CFDs) are restricted or prohibited for retail clients in some jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for confirming:
- That you are at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into trading contracts.
- That trading the instruments offered by your connected broker is lawful where you reside.
- That you meet any local appropriateness, suitability, or risk-tolerance requirements imposed by your jurisdiction.
Nothing on this site should be interpreted as an offer or solicitation in any jurisdiction where such an offer would be unlawful.
11. Third-Party Brokers & Platforms
SignalBots is not a broker. We do not hold client funds, we do not execute trades on our own books, and we do not warrant the regulatory status of any broker, exchange, or platform you choose to connect (including Pocket Option, Quotex, Olymp Trade, MetaTrader 4/5, TradingView, Binance, Bybit, FTMO, and others). Before depositing real money with any third-party platform, verify its licensing, regulatory status, and reputation in your jurisdiction yourself.
12. Educational Use Only
All signals, AI analysis, articles, video content, indicators, scripts, calculators, and community discussions made available through SignalBots are intended for educational and informational purposes only. They do not constitute personalized investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any specific instrument, or a solicitation to trade. Any decision to act on the information shown is yours alone, made in light of your own circumstances and (where appropriate) with the help of an independent licensed advisor.
13. Questions & Contact
If anything in this Risk Warning is unclear, please contact us before you trade. We would rather slow you down than see you trade an instrument you do not fully understand.
