1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you", "your") and SignalBots ("SignalBots", "we", "us"). By creating an account, installing one of our browser extensions, downloading one of our mobile apps, connecting an MT4/MT5 terminal, subscribing to a Telegram channel, configuring a TradingView webhook, or otherwise using any service we offer (collectively, the "Services"), you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Risk Warning, Cookies Policy, and Disclaimer. If you do not accept them, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

To use the Services you must:

• Be at least 18 years old and have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• Not be located in, or a resident of, a country where the Services or the underlying instruments are unlawful.
• Not be a person subject to sanctions imposed by competent authorities in our operating jurisdictions.

You are responsible for confirming that your access to the Services and your trading activity are lawful in your jurisdiction.

3. The Services We Provide

The Services include, without limitation:

• AI-powered signals across forex, binary options, crypto, and stocks, delivered through our website, mobile apps, Telegram bots, and browser extensions.
• Browser extensions for Pocket Option, Quotex, Olymp Trade, and similar binary-options or short-term platforms.
• Mobile apps for iOS and Android with push-notification alerts.
• MT4 / MT5 connector — an Expert Advisor that places trades on your terminal according to the rules you configure.
• TradingView webhook bridge that forwards your alerts to your connected execution target.
• Web dashboard with watchlists, alerts, risk-manager settings, and historical signal performance.
• Editorial & educational content — articles, glossary entries, news, and community discussions.

We may add, change, or retire individual Services at any time. Where a change materially reduces the functionality of a paid plan you already subscribed to, we will offer either a prorated refund of the unused period or an equivalent replacement.

4. Your Account

You may need to register an account to access certain Services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
• Notify us promptly via the contact page if you suspect unauthorized access.
• Use one account per person. You may not sell, rent, or share access to your account.

5. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

Some Services require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and included features are described on our pricing page at the time of purchase. You agree that:

• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• You can cancel a subscription at any time from the dashboard's billing section. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period unless the law of your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
• For new subscribers, we offer a refund window described on the pricing page. After that window expires, all sales are final except where required by law.
• Taxes (VAT, sales tax, GST) are calculated and added at checkout where applicable.
• Where payment fails, we may suspend access to paid features until payment is restored.

6. Trials, Lifetime Licenses & Bots

Some products are sold as one-time licenses rather than recurring subscriptions — for example, individual MT4/MT5 EAs or "lifetime" extension licenses. Unless explicitly stated, "lifetime" refers to the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the user, and we may discontinue any product with reasonable advance notice. Free trials are limited to one per user; abuse of trial mechanisms (multiple accounts, payment-method recycling) is grounds for immediate termination.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, market manipulation, or violating sanctions.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract our signal feed, AI models, or proprietary indicators except as expressly permitted.
• Resell, rebrand, or redistribute our signals or content without a written commercial agreement with us.
• Interfere with the Services — including denial-of-service attacks, credential stuffing, or attempts to overload our APIs.
• Impersonate any person, misrepresent your identity, or claim affiliation with SignalBots where none exists.
• Upload malware, viruses, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

8. Third-Party Platforms

SignalBots is not a broker, an exchange, or a custodian of client funds. When you connect a third-party platform — including Pocket Option, Quotex, Olymp Trade, MetaTrader 4/5, TradingView, Binance, Bybit, FTMO, and others — that platform remains independent of us and is governed by its own terms and regulatory status. We do not control, and are not responsible for:

• The regulatory licensing or solvency of any third-party platform.
• The execution quality, spreads, swaps, or withdrawal policies of any broker or exchange.
• Outages, latency, or maintenance windows of any third-party platform that affect signal delivery or trade execution.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Services — including signals, articles, charts, AI-generated images, the SignalBots brand, the sb_ visual system, the cp- component library, the source code of our extensions and apps, and our proprietary indicators — is owned by SignalBots or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for their intended personal or business purpose. We grant no other rights.

10. User-Generated Content

If you submit comments, reviews, strategy ideas, or other content to the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and excerpt that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You represent that you have the right to grant this license and that your content does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove or refuse to publish any user content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

11. No Investment Advice

The Services are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Services constitutes personalized investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for the trading decisions you make. See our Disclaimer and Risk Warning for the full statements.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that signals or automation will be timely or profitable.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SignalBots, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including, without limitation, loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm — arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our total cumulative liability for any claim is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD 100.

14. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold SignalBots harmless from any third-party claim arising out of (i) your use of the Services in breach of these Terms, (ii) your violation of any law, or (iii) your infringement of any third party's rights — including reasonable legal fees and costs.

15. Suspension & Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access — temporarily or permanently — if we reasonably believe that you have breached these Terms, that your activity creates a security or legal risk, or where we are required to do so by law. Where the breach is curable, we will give you reasonable notice and an opportunity to cure before terminating, except in cases of fraud, security incidents, or legal compulsion.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept them, you must stop using the Services.

17. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SignalBots is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your country of residence.
