1. Scope

This Disclaimer applies to every SignalBots service — the website, the web dashboard, the browser extensions (Pocket Option, Quotex, Olymp Trade, and others), the Telegram bots and channels, the iOS and Android mobile apps, the MT4/MT5 auto-execution connector, the TradingView webhook bridge, the AI image and article generation in our editorial pipeline, and any related APIs (collectively, the "Services"). It complements our Privacy Policy, Risk Warning, Cookies Policy, and Terms & Conditions; in case of conflict, the more specific document prevails on its own subject.

2. No Investment Advice

Signals, AI analyses, articles, videos, calculators, indicators, scripts, community posts, partner directory entries, and any other content on the Services are intended for educational and informational purposes only. They are not, and should not be construed as:

• Personal investment advice, a recommendation to buy or sell any specific instrument, or a solicitation to engage in any trading activity.
• Legal, tax, or accounting advice.
• An offer, or a solicitation of an offer, to enter into any contract regulated by financial-services law in your jurisdiction.

3. AI-Generated Signals & Content

A significant portion of the content we publish — including individual trading signals, market commentary, illustrative charts, draft articles, and editorial images — is generated or assisted by AI models. These models are statistical: they can be wrong, they can produce confidently stated but inaccurate output, and they cannot anticipate every market event. We curate and review AI output before publication, but we cannot guarantee that every signal, chart, or article is free from error. Treat every AI-generated artifact as a starting point for your own analysis, not as a final verdict.

4. No Guarantee of Results

SignalBots makes no representation that any user will achieve profits or losses similar to those shown anywhere on the Services. Wherever we display a win rate, profit factor, equity curve, or backtest:

• The figures are historical and may not be repeated.
• Backtested results have inherent limitations (hindsight bias, idealized fill prices, simplified spread/slippage assumptions, and no live execution friction).
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.

5. Editorial Independence

SignalBots maintains a separation between its editorial team (which writes reviews, ranks brokers, and produces market content) and its commercial team (which manages partnerships, sponsorships, and affiliate relationships). Editorial decisions — including which platforms we recommend, how we rank them, and how we describe their strengths and weaknesses — are made independently of any commercial relationship. We do not accept payment in exchange for a favorable review.

6. Affiliate & Sponsored Relationships

SignalBots earns revenue in several ways, including subscriptions to our paid services, advertising, and affiliate commissions paid by brokers, prop firms, and exchanges when a user signs up via a link we provided. These relationships do not influence our editorial output, but you should be aware of them:

• We may receive a one-time or recurring commission when you sign up with a connected broker through a SignalBots link.
• Where a piece of content is paid for in full by a third party (e.g. a "sponsored post"), we mark it as such clearly at the top of the page.
• The presence of an affiliate relationship never changes the risk profile of the linked product. Read our Risk Warning before depositing funds anywhere.

7. Third-Party Brokers & Platforms

SignalBots is not a broker, an exchange, or a custodian of client funds. When you connect Pocket Option, Quotex, Olymp Trade, MetaTrader 4/5, TradingView, Binance, Bybit, FTMO, or any other third-party platform, that platform remains independent of us and is governed by its own terms, fees, and regulatory status. We do not warrant any third-party platform's:

• Regulatory licensing in your jurisdiction.
• Financial solvency or custody arrangements.
• Execution quality, spreads, swaps, or withdrawal policies.

Always verify the platform you intend to use independently before depositing real funds.

8. Community & User-Generated Content

Some sections of SignalBots allow users to post comments, reviews, strategy ideas, or other content. User-generated content reflects the views of its individual author and not the views of SignalBots. We moderate to remove spam, abuse, and clearly fraudulent content, but we cannot verify the accuracy of every statement posted. Do not rely on community posts as a substitute for your own due diligence.

The Services contain links to external websites that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience and do not endorse the content, products, or business practices of any external site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external sites.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SignalBots, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contributors will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages — including, without limitation, loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data, business interruption, or reputational harm — arising out of or related to:

• Your use of, or inability to use, any of the Services.
• Any trading decision you make based on information obtained through the Services.
• Any failure, latency, or interruption of signal delivery, automation, or third-party platform integration.
• Any unauthorized access to, or alteration of, your account.

We may update this Disclaimer from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, our commercial relationships, or applicable law.
