Which indices does the bot cover?
The world's benchmark cash indices across all three sessions: the Nikkei 225, Hang Seng and ASX 200 in Asia; the DAX 40, FTSE 100, CAC 40 and Euro Stoxx 50 in Europe; and the S&P 500, Nasdaq 100 and Dow in the US. You choose which indices stay on from the popup whitelist; muted indices disappear from the feed for the session.

Is this index CFDs or futures?
