FXIFY Challenge EA With Consistency Checked Before Each Trade

The FXIFY challenge EA is an MT5 Expert Advisor that trades a full ICT model inside whichever FXIFY rule set you pick. An ICT read works top down, from the higher-timeframe trend to a setup zone and then an entry on a fast chart, and the EA plots the order blocks, fair value gaps and killzone timing that read depends on. Killzone sessions

London and New York Killzone Setups on an FXIFY MT5 Account

On an FXIFY MT5 account the EA hunts in two windows only: the London and New York killzones, the sessions where most forex volume changes hands. Inside them it looks for liquidity sweeps and structure shifts, so a quiet Asian session gives it nothing to do. Sessions are read on the prop firm's own clock, beside a 24-hour volatility profile built from the last 20 days that shows whether the current hour is normally quiet, medium or busy before you commit part of your daily-loss budget to it. Any setup landing inside the news-window limits you entered simply does not fire, and the scan moves on.

It reads the exact rule set you assembled and sizes to it, with tighter risk on a one-step account that carries a hard daily cap and more room once you reach the funded stage. On FXIFY's two-phase Classic, the daily loss limit is 4% and the overall limit is a 10% static drawdown: the overall line stays fixed where it started, while the daily one is the budget you spend each session. The EA sizes every order so a full stop-loss sits inside that 4% daily line and throttles ahead of it, well before the hard limit. Both lines are tracked live, and each phase asks for a 5% profit target with 4 minimum trading days, which is a good reason to keep per-trade risk small. Trading carries risk of loss, and a correctly sized trade can still lose.

FXIFY's own rules

FXIFY is a proprietary-trading challenge provider, not a licensed broker: accounts are demo/simulated until funded. Its own terms set the conditions for using an EA like this one.

  • FXIFY is not itself a regulated broker; it runs simulated challenge accounts and routes live/funded execution through a partner broker's infrastructure, so there is no FXIFY brokerage licence number to check.
  • Expert Advisors are allowed on the standard 1/2/3-Phase and Two Phase challenges only after the trader contacts support and gets pre-approval; EAs, bots and copy-trading are banned outright on Instant Funding and Lightning Challenge accounts, and using one without approval risks account termination.
  • FXIFY's prohibited-strategies policy bans high-frequency trading, reverse/group hedging, latency arbitrage, statistical arbitrage, order-book spamming and exploiting platform bugs or glitches: an EA must be configured to stay clear of these regardless of its own logic.
  • All challenge and funded accounts are still simulated trading environments per FXIFY's general terms: funded payouts depend on meeting drawdown and consistency rules, not on real broker execution of the underlying positions.

What to weigh before you run any EA on a funded-challenge account.

  • Challenge providers are largely unregulated: they are not licensed brokers, don't register with the CFTC or NFA, and you trade simulated capital under a fee-for-service contract, not a protected brokerage account.
  • Because they aren't brokers, funds aren't segregated client money and there is no FSCS / SIPC-style deposit protection if a firm delays payouts or ceases operating.
  • The CFTC's 2023 case against “My Forex Funds” (later dismissed on procedural grounds in 2025) alleged the firm secretly traded against its own funded clients, an illustration of the counterparty conflict built into the challenge-fee model.
  • Platform access is a live risk: from February 2024 MetaQuotes revoked MT4 / MT5 licences from brokers grey-labelling to prop firms over US-regulatory exposure, stranding some firms' accounts through no fault of the trader.

  • Under the EU's MiFID II, firms running algorithmic strategies must keep pre-trade risk controls, governance and testing in place. ESMA extended that scrutiny to AI-driven trading systems in 2026.
  • The FCA (UK) and ASIC (Australia) cap retail CFD leverage from 30:1 down to 2:1 and require negative-balance protection: a hard limit on the exposure any EA can take on a retail account.
  • Regulators consistently report that most retail CFD accounts lose money; automating the entries does not change that base rate.
  • CySEC, the FCA, ASIC and the CFTC all warn that an 'AI trading bot' promising guaranteed or risk-free returns is itself a fraud red flag: legitimate automation never guarantees a result.

United States

US persons face a distinct set of rules for automated forex, futures and securities trading, and a specific regulator advisory aimed at trading bots.

  • The CFTC's advisory “AI Won't Turn Trading Bots into Money Machines” names automated-bot and AI-signal scams directly: one fake-AI forex-bot case ended in a $3.4 billion judgment.
  • Retail off-exchange forex dealers must register with the CFTC and be NFA Forex Dealer Members; soliciting retail forex orders, including for an automated system, requires NFA registration.
  • The SEC, NASAA and FINRA jointly warn that a phrase like “our proprietary AI system can't lose” signals an unregistered scheme, not legitimate automation.
  • FINRA Rule 3110 makes member firms supervise, test and register the people behind an algorithmic strategy: the institutional bar for 'supervised' automated trading.
