Blueberry Funded EA That Sizes Orders to Static Drawdown

The Blueberry Funded EA is a free MetaTrader 5 Expert Advisor that turns each signal into a sized order on your evaluation account. It maps order blocks, fair value gaps and liquidity sweeps in real time, and before an order is sent it caps position size to Blueberry Funded's two static lines: a 4% max daily loss and a 10% max overall loss measured from your starting balance. Neither line trails, so the room you are sizing against does not creep up behind a good week. Every setup the scanner finds across the market is sized to that room before it may fire. You still choose the risk per trade, and trading carries risk of loss.

Blueberry Funded 5PM EST Daily Reset and News Blackouts

Blueberry Funded measures its static 4% daily loss from the balance or equity high at 5PM EST, so the day that counts against the limit is the firm's day, not your local one. The EA reads the Asia, Europe and New York sessions on the firm's clock, with the GMT offset and daylight saving handled for you, so its daily tally follows the same boundary. News works the same way: you enter the high-impact news blackout periods for your account type, and a setup that lands inside one simply does not fire. Blueberry Funded's consistency requirements sit in that schedule too, so a valid entry does not become the trade that disqualifies an evaluation.

One MT5 EA File for Blueberry Funded Lite and Elite 2-Step

Blueberry Funded runs MT4 and MT5, and this Expert Advisor installs natively on MetaTrader 5 with no bridge needed. The same file runs unchanged whether you bought a Lite account, an Elite 2-Step or a scaled Blueberry Funded account: you set the account balance and risk percentage, and position sizing follows automatically. On the Standard 2-Step the profit targets are 8% in Phase 1 and 6% in Phase 2, and full automation is permitted on funded accounts, so nothing needs swapping when the account moves up. The profit split starts at 80% and can reach 90% with add-ons under the firm's policy, and trading carries risk of loss.

Blueberry Funded is a proprietary-trading challenge, not a licensed broker in its own right. Here is what it discloses about its backing, EA policy and simulated-account structure before you connect an automated strategy.

  • Blueberry Funded itself is not a licensed or regulated broker; funded accounts trade on simulated/demo capital under a trader agreement, not real client funds. It is backed by the Blueberry Group, whose affiliated live-market entity (Blueberry Markets / Blueberry Australia Pty Ltd) holds an ASIC licence (AFSL 535887) for its separate live brokerage business: that licence does not cover the funded-challenge product itself.
  • Standard Expert Advisors and automated strategies are allowed on Blueberry Funded accounts without pre-approval, but the firm bans high-frequency trading, tick-scalping, latency/reverse/hedge arbitrage, emulator use, and bots that react to order-book data in milliseconds or open/close large trade volumes within a minute.
  • Automated systems must not open or close trades inside the 2-10 minute window around red-folder news events, and copy trading is only permitted between a trader's own accounts, even across platforms.
