FXGT leverage goes up to 1:5000, well above the industry norm, which gives flexible sizing room for tight ICT stops. Be clear about what that number controls. Leverage sets how much margin a position ties up, so an entry with a realistic stop below the order block is not margin-capped mid-session. It does not set your position size: the per-trade risk cap you choose before enabling AutoTrading does, and it stays fixed whatever leverage the account allows. The hard stop on every order bounds each planned loss, but a news spike or weekend gap can fill a stop worse than its level. Leveraged forex and CFD trading carries a real risk of loss.

CySEC, FSCA or VFSC: Which FXGT Entity Covers Your EA Account

  • FXGT's EU-facing entity, GT Investment Services Ltd, is authorised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) under licence 382/20; other FXGT entities hold FSCA (South Africa, 48896) and VFSC (Vanuatu, 700601) licences. It does not hold a Tier-1 licence such as the FCA or ASIC.
  • FXGT supports algorithmic trading on MT4/MT5 and offers a CENT account specifically marketed for Expert Advisors; automation is run entirely under the client's own risk and responsibility per the Client Agreement, and FXGT reserves the right to act on abusive trading practices such as latency arbitrage.
