HTX issues API keys through its Open Platform only after KYC, and each key is permissioned, with read and trade rights set separately. For the EA you create a trade-only key: it can place and manage orders on your spot and perpetual books, but it has no withdrawal permission and your login is never shared, so your funds stay withdrawable only by you.
