  • Crypto.com Exchange operates through Foris DAX entities holding a mix of licences depending on region and product, including a UK e-money institution licence (FCA), a Major Payment Institution licence in Singapore (MAS), a VASP licence in Dubai (VARA), a Markets in Crypto-Assets (MiCA) authorisation in the EU, and US money-transmitter and derivatives licences, but coverage varies by country and not every local entity is licensed everywhere.
  • API keys default to read-only; you must explicitly enable a 'Trading' permission for a key to place orders, and a separate 'Withdrawal' permission (which requires IP whitelisting) must stay disabled for any bot, including this EA, so the key can trade but never move funds off the exchange.
